About Me

My name is Maria Fallon. I am a registered Counsellor with the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I work within the BACP ‘Ethical Framework for Counsellors’, as well as the BACP Guidelines for Online Counselling and Psychotherapy. Information relating to both of these documents can be found at www.bacp.co.uk.

I work in private practice offering both face to face counselling and online counselling. I have worked with clients across all age ranges, from age 16, up to and beyond retirement. I have the fullest commitment to offering a service which is welcoming to all backgrounds in a supportive and non-discriminatory manner.

I strongly believe that counselling should be affordable and accessible to all; I therefore keep the cost of my sessions to a minimum in order to ensure that you are free to access the counselling that you want when you need it. Counselling is a useful tool if you want to address longstanding issues, make changes in your life or simply have more of an understanding of what has influenced you to make the choices that you have.

I am warm, empathic, honest and flexible in my work with clients and I will provide a supportive & confidential environment. I will work with you to explore a new and different path. From your initial enquiry through to the completion of your sessions, I will endeavour to make the process as straightforward as possible.
